I was interested in a real estate investment. I had tried doing it myself but found that it was very difficult to get information. When I tried to use a broker, I found that most brokers were interested only in selling their listings to me and were not interested in providing me with good information. Andrew was different. He knows the market. He was able to recommend projects that were good investments and provide me with enough information that I was comfortable with the investments I made. Hi Andrew Thanks for helping me buy my first condo. I did not think I can afford to buy my own. You helped get the right financing and pre-qualifying me to know how much I can afford.
