Design Overview
The architectural design of Las Olas Beach Club is a blend of "classically modern" and contemporary influences, created by the prestigious Sieger-Suarez Architectural Partnership, with consultation from design architect, Guido Brito. Their combined aesthetic has created a fantastic "Neo-Deco" style of cutting-edge architecture. The unit interiors and common areas are designed by the world-renowned design firm of Yabu Pushelberg of Toronto, Canada (see description below).
The project involve preserving a significant portion of the Lauderdale Beach Hotel, an "Art Deco Moderne" style building. A significant portion of the building be incorporated as an integral design element of the new project. The striking 29-story tower that rise behind the preserved structure be contemporary in nature, with clean "Neo-Deco" style architectural lines and shimmering azure green-hued glass panels that allow plenty of natural light to flow into the interiors. Tower residences feature floor-to-ceiling glass, private elevator entries and generous sunrise and sunset terraces to capture ocean, city and Intracoastal views. Select units feature flow-through floor plans and privately accessed guest or staff suites.
The views are as much a part of the interior as the exterior.
The award winning architects, Sieger-Suarez Architectural Partnership, is famous for making the most luxurious use of space with wrap-around balconies, spacious floor plans, minimal hallways and maximum water views. No wonder, Las Olas Beach Club is often visited by architecture students to study the architecture. In this masterpiece, they preserved Fort Lauderdale history by maintaining the original facade with it's modern Art Deco design.
They've engineered each residence with oversized windows and floor-to-ceiling sliding glass doors to make ocean, Intracoastal and city views a design element inside as well as outside. They call it flow-through architecture and it's a unique approach that ensures the most amazing views Fort Lauderdale has to offer.
What's more, views are never impeded even well inside each home. Seated in front of the television, in the kitchen or anywhere else, breathtaking scenery is no more than a head turn away. On the higher levels, the penthouse floor plans get even better in design with generous terraces, some exceeding 2,000 square feet. Every residence at Las Olas Beach Club features a private elevator with a beautiful entry foyer. Nonetheless, it's nice to know that sunsets, passing sailboats, the lights of downtown and the turquoise Atlantic Ocean will be part of the landscape indoors as well as outdoors.
Private secure parking comprise the first five floors of the tower, with valet parking at a beautifully decorated internal porte cochere, which leads into an elegant entry lobby. The Yabu Pushelberg designed interior opens onto a lushly landscaped sculpture garden. Most public space amenities are located on the sixth floor and include an elegant oceanfront pool terrace with fountains and poolside bar; a health spa; a billiard room and party room. In addition, the lobby level house a private theater-style screening room. Tower residences start on the sixth level. Four "wrap around" penthouses crown the 27th-29th floors.

Next to "Beach Place" mall with many great resturants, nightly entertainment by brand name clubs which offer live dancing shows outdoors or you enjoy a free live outdoor musical in the mall nightly.
